Our services include project management, electrical consulting, construction planning, site supervision, turnover coordination, and QA/QC review and acceptance. We work alongside owners, contractors, and project teams to help ensure systems are installed correctly, documentation is complete, and projects are delivered in an orderly and compliant manner.

We provide independent, third-party electrical inspections that are unaffiliated with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). These inspections are intended to support project turnover, quality assurance, and risk management—not to replace required AHJ inspections.

Proper and thorough inspections are critical to safe, compliant, and defensible project closeout. Our reviews focus on installation quality, workmanship, and general compliance with applicable NEC requirements and industry standards based on observable conditions at the time of inspection.

Detailed written reports can be provided documenting findings and noting relevant code references where applicable. These reports are commonly used to assist owners, contractors, and project teams with corrective actions, internal QA/QC processes, dispute resolution, and other compliance-related or legal matters.

Our role is to provide clear, unbiased observations and documentation so informed decisions can be made prior to final acceptance or AHJ sign-off.

We provide electrical design support and preliminary layout services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including industrial automation and control systems.

Our role is to assist engineers, owners, and project teams by developing preliminary electrical layouts, conducting constructability reviews, and performing electrical system evaluations to support formal engineering design. Services may include scope clarification, system coordination, code-based review, and early-stage planning to help identify issues before they impact cost or schedule.

All design support services are provided in a collaborative capacity and are intended to complement, not replace, licensed professional engineering services where required.

We assist project teams with schedule development, sequencing, and timeline management for electrical scopes across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Our services include establishing realistic electrical timelines, identifying critical path activities, coordinating with other trades, and reviewing schedules for constructability and feasibility. This helps reduce conflicts, improve workflow, and minimize delays caused by poor sequencing or unrealistic assumptions.
